Why should we use your product photography service?
Apart from lip swatches, we are also known for their high quality product photos. If you want us to be the exclusive lip swatcher of your product, you will get thematic product photos and a maximum packshot of 10 photos for free.
What kind of product photos do you provide?
We provide product photo services for campaigns with the following criteria:
- Basic product photography with basic / clean props
- Thematic product photography with advanced props
- Packshot photography with clean background and no props
Do you accept product photo projects for the campaign?
Yes. We have professional product photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, studio-standard lighting, props, and experienced photo retouchers.
Will the product photos we get become our property?
If you are a client of our swatches, the product photos will become your property, but we will add our logo watermark on the photos. If you want to use our services specifically for product photos, the photos will be fully owned by you without our logo watermark.
Are you going to make us a moodboard according to the brief we provide?
Yes. We’ll create a moodboard so the product photos are more in tune with your brand.
What files will we get?
We will provide you with high-resolution JPG files. You can also get PNG files for Packshot for an additional charge.
What is the process of product photos?
We will ask you to provide all the information we need, including but not limited to: Company Profile, Product Knowledge, Reference Board on Pinterest, details of your property, and your branding color palette.
After that, we will conduct research on the concept of photos and create stories so that your product feels more alive. We will collect it into a moodboard and you can see and provide feedback in real time.
Can we get non-retouched RAW product photos?
Unfortunately no. We will create a photo proofing session before entering the retouch session where you will directly select RAW photos with watermarks to retouch. Once you select the photos, the RAW photos will be deleted forever.
